We offer regularly scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonal cleaning services. We are also available for one-time cleanings, for spring cleaning, fall cleaning, before and after parties, or any other cleaning needs you may have. We furnish all cleaning equipment and supplies.

Maintenance Cleaning Services:

• Outside of oven and refrigerator cleaned (inside cleaned upon request - extra charge)

• Stainless steel cleaned and polished
• Mirrors and glass surfaces cleaned
• Pick up/straighten
• Remove cobwebs
• Change linen (client must leave fresh linen out)
• Wash all floors
• Trash emptied

Initial Home Cleanings:

Initial home cleanings include all the above services plus the following:

• Clean all wall hangings
• Clean baseboards
• Clean window sills
• Clean light fixtures
• Clean cabinet facings
• Wipe down all doors
• Dust vents

Move-in/Move-out Cleaning:

Vacuum
Wash all floors
Clean baseboards
Thoroughly clean all bathrooms
Clean light fixtures
Clean ceiling fans
Clean all glass surfaces
Clean windows (inside) and window sills
Clean inside refrigerator/freezer
Clean inside oven
Clean inside/out kitchen cabinets (if empty)
Clean all kitchen counters and appliances

Spring/Fall House Cleaning:

This service is tailored to each job, concentrating on areas which need more attention. Spring and fall house cleaning services can be customized any way you like.

New Construction Cleaning

After all those contractors leave a jobsite we will come in and clean up all the dirt, dust, drywall mud and other debris left behind so the new homeowner can move right in.
